If you travel enough you may experience some bumps along the way, some turbulence. You may encounter delays, rerouting and detours. The journey may have rough patches. You may need to circle around for a bit before you can land. You may need to maneuver around some storms or perhaps go right through the middle of them.
You may make some poor decisions or outright navigation errors which set you on a completely different course. This could create ripples which effect not only you but many others altering their course as well.
You may encounter some unkind and even some rude people who are tired and worn. Perhaps you have been one of those people. However, you will also encounter those to whom you can show kindness and those who show kindness to you.
In all this, you place one foot in front of the other, moving forward even though there are moments you may want to quit from sheer exhaustion. In those moments allow yourself to take a break, get alone, sit, refocus. It’s okay. In fact, it’s good.
But don’t quit. You will miss the beauty ahead of you, despite the storms.
